Terms of Service — AI Crypstock Pro

⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using AI Crypstock Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Nature of the Service
AI Crypstock Pro is an information, educational, and trade-automation tool that provides AI-generated market analysis, technical signals, and news summaries for:
- Cryptocurrencies (via Binance public data)
- Indonesian IDX stocks and international ETFs
- World stocks and indices (US, Asia, Europe)
- Gold, silver, platinum, palladium (precious metals)
- Commodities (oil, gas, agri)
- Forex currency pairs
The App does NOT hold user funds, does NOT provide brokerage services, and is strictly non-custodial. All assets remain in the user's own exchange account at all times.
2. ASI-Bot Automated Trading (Optional Feature)
⚠️ READ BEFORE ENABLING. ASI-Bot is an optional automation feature that executes cryptocurrency futures trades on YOUR OWN exchange account (Binance / Bybit / OKX / Bitget) using API credentials that YOU provide. By enabling it, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You alone configure and control every parameter: exchange, symbol whitelist, risk-per-trade percentage, leverage, maximum trades per day, and daily loss limit.
- Semi-Auto mode requires your explicit one-tap confirmation per trade. Full-Auto mode executes signals automatically within the limits you set — you may disable it instantly at any time via the in-app switch.
- Protective Stop-Loss and Take-Profit bracket orders are placed natively on the exchange for every trade where supported.
- Your API key must NOT have Withdrawal permission — the App programmatically rejects such keys. We recommend restricting the key to our server's static IP address (displayed in-app) per your exchange's security policy.
- Only the Top-100 most liquid USDT-margined perpetual futures are tradable, as a rug-pull and thin-liquidity safeguard.
- All risks of automated trading — including but not limited to slippage, network latency, exchange downtime, API failures, partial fills, liquidation, and total capital loss — are borne 100% by you. The developer is not responsible for execution failures or delays caused by exchange-side outages.
- Futures/derivatives trading may be restricted in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.
- You are 18 years of age or older and will never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Not Financial Advice
The App does NOT provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. AI-generated analyses and automated strategies are educational interpretations of market data and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. ASI-Bot is a tool, not a portfolio manager — enabling it does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. Users must consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all trades, positions, profits, and losses — whether placed manually, via Semi-Auto confirmation, or via Full-Auto automation.
- You acknowledge that all asset markets carry high risk, including total capital loss.
- You will not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Price: USD $20.00 per month (auto-renewing), managed by Google Play Billing.
- Free trial: 3 days for new subscribers. Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charge.
- Auto-renewal: Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions → AI Crypstock Pro → Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Refunds: Handled per Google Play Refund Policy. We do not process refunds directly — please contact Google Play support.
- Price changes: If we change the price, you will receive a notice via Google Play at least 7 days before renewal, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
- Trading losses are never refundable — the subscription covers software access only, not trading outcomes.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App.
- Sharing your subscription with third parties or reselling access.
- Using automated scripts to scrape, mirror, or redistribute App data.
- Circumventing device binding, unlock codes, or subscription checks.
- Using the App for illegal purposes or in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency/derivatives trading is prohibited.
- Attempting to use ASI-Bot infrastructure to attack, overload, or abuse exchange APIs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, UI design, AI-generated analyses, translated news, and trademarks are owned by AI Crypstock Pro. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
- Market data is provided by third parties (Binance, Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed 15+ minutes or inaccurate.
- AI models (Claude) may produce hallucinated or incorrect outputs.
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- Historical win-rate statistics and leaderboard results do not guarantee future performance.
- Exchange API availability, rate limits, and geo-restrictions are outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Crypstock Pro and its developer(s) shall NOT be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Trading losses, missed profits, liquidation, or opportunity costs — including those arising from automated (Full-Auto) execution.
- Data inaccuracies, service outages, or third-party API failures (including exchange downtime).
- Losses arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis.
- Unauthorized use of your exchange account resulting from your failure to restrict API permissions or IP access.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your device binding and account data will be revoked. Refunds for unused subscription time are handled per Google Play policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and users must accept the new Terms to continue using the App.
